A Stay in Paris — Un séjour à Paris

Paris est la ville de mes rêves. L'année dernière, j'ai visité Paris avec ma sœur et mon frère. Nous avons passé cinq jours splendides. Nous avons voyagé avec Air France. Le vol a duré huit heures et demie. Nous sommes arrivés à Paris le matin vers huit heures et nous sommes allés directement à l'hôtel près de l'Opéra. Après un bon petit-déjeuner, nous sommes allés nous promener sur les Champs-Élysées, la plus belle avenue du monde. Le deuxième jour, nous avons visité le Louvre. Quels beaux tableaux ! La Joconde est très belle ! Le soir, nous avons mangé des crêpes, une spécialité française. Le troisième jour, nous avons vu le Centre Georges-Pompidou et le musée d'Orsay. J'ai admiré les tableaux de Monet. Le soir, nous avons vu la tour Eiffel illuminée. C'était magnifique ! Le quatrième jour, nous sommes allés chez mon ami français. Nous avons mangé un repas typiquement français chez lui. Le soir, nous sommes allés voir un film au cinéma. Mon premier film dans un cinéma français ! Le dernier jour, nous avons acheté des souvenirs français pour nos parents et nos amis. Il a fait beau, car nous y sommes allés au mois de mai. Nous avons aussi parlé français. Nous sommes rentrés très contents avec beaucoup de jolies photos et de bons souvenirs.

Paris is the city of my dreams. Last year, I visited Paris with my sister and brother. We spent five splendid days. We traveled with Air France. The flight lasted eight and a half hours. We arrived in Paris in the morning around eight o'clock and went straight to the hotel near the Opera. After a good breakfast, we went for a walk on the Champs-Élysées, the most beautiful avenue in the world. On the second day, we visited the Louvre. What beautiful paintings! The Mona Lisa is very beautiful! In the evening, we ate crepes, a French specialty. On the third day, we saw the Centre Georges-Pompidou and the Musée d'Orsay. I admired Monet's paintings. In the evening, we saw the Eiffel Tower illuminated. It was magnificent! On the fourth day, we went to my French friend's house. We had a typical French meal at his place. In the evening, we went to see a movie at the cinema. My first movie in a French cinema! On the last day, we bought French souvenirs for our parents and friends. The weather was nice because we went in May. We also spoke French. We returned very happy with many beautiful photos and good memories.
