A Surprise Birthday Party — Une Fête d’Anniversaire Surprise

Le jour de mon anniversaire, après avoir fait du shopping, je suis rentré à la maison. En ouvrant la porte, j’ai entendu des voix. Quand je suis entré, j’ai remarqué que tout le monde était là, mes amis et ma famille m’ont souhaité un joyeux anniversaire. J’ai trouvé des tonnes de cadeaux. Une vraie surprise ! Lorsque j’ai ouvert mon premier cadeau, celui que mon Papa a offert, j’étais en larmes. C’était une console de jeux vidéo. Nous avons dansé, chanté, joué, et mangé des petits fours préparés par les mains de Maman. On s’est vraiment amusé. On est resté faire la fête pendant 2 heures 30 minutes. La fête était très réussie et j’étais heureux. Le soir, je ne m’étais pas tout de suite couché même si j’étais fatigué. J’ai mangé le reste du gâteau délicieux préparé par Maman et Elena.

On my birthday, after going shopping, I returned home. When I opened the door, I heard voices. When I went inside, I noticed that everyone was there. My friends and family wished me a happy birthday. I found tons of presents. What a surprise! When I opened my first present, the one my dad had given me, I was in tears. It was a video game console. We danced, sang, played, and ate appetizers prepared by Mom. We had a really great time. We stayed and celebrated for two and a half hours. The party was a great success, and I was happy. That evening, I did not go to bed right away even though I was tired. I ate the rest of the delicious cake prepared by Mom and Elena.
